A Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies with Concentration in Estate Administration consists of (8) specialized courses that offer students the opportunity to pursue development of essential skills to assist attorneys in all stages of estate administration.
This concentration trains students to interview clients regarding the drafting of wills and trusts, preparation of documents for probate, inventory and appraisement of assets, preparation of federal estate tax returns, distribution issues, disposition of assets, and assisting executors of estates in their duties.
