A Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies with concentration in Corporate Law consists of (8) specialized courses that offer students the opportunity to pursue a career assisting corporate attorneys in a broad range of legal services. The concentrated skills developed in this program include: formation and incorporation of a company, intellectual property, and contract law which are designed to enhance the student's knowledge and marketability upon graduation.
Graduates of the Certificate of Completion with concentration in Corporate Law are trained to assist corporate attorneys in legal matters from partnership and corporate formation to limited partnerships, limited liability companies, as well as drafting contracts and investigation of patents and trademarks.
