First Spring Pizza with the Professors to Look at International Criminal Court

PizzaPRofessorsPRomo235v2The first Pizza with the Professors event of the spring will take place on Tuesday, February 21st at noon in the student lounge off Main Street in the Main Law Building.

Associate Dean for Faculty Research and Development Andrew Strauss will discuss the history and functioning of the International Criminal Court as the world’s first permanent tribunal to try individuals who commit the most serious crimes against the international community.

Future Pizza with the Professors events will feature John Culhane talking about the state of marriage, and Alan Garfield and Sonia Baldia talking about intellectual property issues.

Previous events in the series this past fall looked at the 2011-12 Supreme Court term, Section 1983 Civil Rights Litigation, and environmental regulations.

Free pizza and beverages will be provided, and students are encouraged to attend.
