Assistant Dean for
Career Development LeaNora Ruffin hopes to offer recent graduates “a fresh perspective” on the job search process. During the month of September, the Career Development Office will be hosting three live, interactive workshops as part of the One Step Beyond series, which is designed to provide recent graduates with new job search strategies, tips on networking, and thoughts on how to impress during interviews.
The three events and the specific topics to be explored are:
- September 16, 2010 - Job Searching the Professionally Aggressive Way
- September 23, 2010 - Networking in the New Millennium
- September 30, 2010- Make the Connection: the Art of Interviewing
Each workshop will take place from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. on the Delaware campus in Law Building Room 126. The workshops will also be simulcast to the Harrisburg campus in room A178.
