Delaware State Bar Association Holds Annual Bench and Bar Conference

 benchandbar2On Wednesday, June 3rd, 2009 the Delaware State Bar Association held its annual Bench and Bar Conference at the Chase Center on the Riverfront. Dean Linda L. Ammons and Widener Law adjunct professor Richard K. Herrmann of Morris James LLP moderated a CLE program entitled “Online, In-Line and Out of Line: The Use of Technology in the Legal Profession from 12:30 to 4:15 pm.

Allen Terrell, outgoing President of the Delaware State Bar Association and a member of Widener Law’s Board of Overseers, presided over the annual meeting that took place that evening. The Honorable Myron T. Steele, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, delivered a State of the Judiciary Address, and Michael Rogers, Futurist-in-Residence for the New York Times Company and writer of the Practical Futurist column for MSNBC, delivered the keynote address.
