Law class travels to U.S. Supreme Court

holland_ussc smallThe Appellate Practice and Procedure seminar, taught on the Delaware campus during the fall semester by Delaware Supreme Court Justice Randy J. Holland, a member of Widener's adjunct faculty, traveled to the U.S. Supreme Court on Nov. 28.

Justice Holland escorted the class on the day out, where the group heard oral arguments in what will be two landmark cases involving patents and anti-trust law.

Justice Holland has been a member of Widener's adjunct faculty since 1991. The class he teaches uses as its textbook the second edition of Appellate Practice and Procedure Cases and Materials, authored in part by him.
