Concord Hall features 69 fully furnished, single occupancy rooms located on the second and third floors of the building. The rooms are outfitted with air-conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, and have both Ethernet and wireless Internet access. The rooms are also cable ready, though students are required to bring their own televisions. Male and female students are housed separately by floor or wing, and each wing of the dormitory has a bathroom that is shared by the residents of that wing.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on both the second and third floors, and there are vending machines located in the first floor lobby. The ground floor contains the Concord Commons, a student lounge with a big screen television and a foosball table.
The first floor of Concord Hall houses the Campus Safety offices as well as offices for the Student Bar Association, Moot Court Honor Society, and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
