Employers: Recruit Widener Students & Alumni
If you’re an employer, the Career Development Office offers a number of services to help you recruit our students, including on-campus recruitment programs in the fall and spring and our employment listing service. We’re also happy to explain why Widener students will meet your needs.

Fall and Spring On-Campus Recruitment Programs
We offer employers the unique opportunity to interview students from both of our campuses at one location. After notifying our student body of your requirements, we will provide you with the application materials of interested students before you visit campus. Upon your selection of the students you would like to see, we will arrange interviews at the campus of your choice. Off-Campus Recruitment Programs
The Career Development Office will collect the resumes of qualified students and forward them to your offices, or have students mail them directly if you prefer. You may then arrange interviews at your convenience. Register online to request to receive resumes, our off-campus recruiting option.

Employment Listings Service
We also offer a year-round service that advises students and graduates of opportunities with you as they arise. We will advertise full-time, part-time, or summer employment opportunities at both of our campuses. To take advantage of this program, simply contact us or post a job directly to our online job posting database.

WIN (Widener Immediate Need Program)
CDO will advertise your short term job to recent Widener graduates who are available for temporary work. Register online for the WIN program.
