Montgomery GI Bill and
Post 9-11 Bill benefit programs are available to qualified veterans for attendance at Widener Law. The school has also committed to participate in the
Yellow Ribbon Program, offering matching tuition assistance for up to 5 J.D. students on each School of Law campus.
The Registrar's Office on your campus is the VA certifying official that can complete the VA required paperwork. Students will want to follow the enrollment checklist to assure all necessary paperwork has been received and completed for each academic year.

The
Veteran's Law Clinic at Widener University School of Law offers free legal aid to veterans living at 150% of poverty level who have been denied benefits by their Regional Office and wish to take an appeal to the BVA. Providing case evaluation and representation, the staff assists veterans who otherwise would not have a lawyer at a critical time in their lives.
