J. Patrick Kelly, B.A., University of Delaware; J.D., Harvard Law School. Kelly is Professor of International Law, Widener University School of Law; and a Fulbright Professor of Law, Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda (1980-82). He is the director and founder of the Nairobi International Law Institute. He served as Counsel to the Banking Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives and Assistant to the Director, Bureau of Consumer Protection, U.S. Federal Trade Commission.

Ann Elizabeth Fruth, Legal Writing Professor, B.A., York College of Pennsylvania , M.A., University of Chicago, J.D., Widener University School of Law is professor and Director of the Academic Support Program for Widener's Harrisburg campus. Professor Fruth joined the administration at Widener University School of Law in 1995 as Director of Admissions for the Harrisburg campus. She was Dean of Students for the Harrisburg campus from 1997 until 2002 and from 2007 to 2009. She taught Legal Methods from 2002 to 2007 and returned to the faculty in 2009 to teach Legal Methods and to Direct the Academic Support Program. She also teaches in the Trial Admissions Program, Introduction to Law and Intensive Legal Analysis. She has also taught in Widener’s Summer Law Institute in Nairobi, Kenya. Professor Fruth is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
