A collaborative effort between Widener Law and the
Widener School of Business Administration, the
Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration (J.D./M.B.A) dual degree program allows you to pursue graduate education simultaneously in both law and business. If you’re interested in business or corporate law, then this dual degree program might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Admission In order to qualify for the dual degree program, you must qualify for and apply for admission to both the Law School and the School of Business Administration, including taking both the
LSAT and
GMAT.
If you are a
matriculated student at the Law School, you
may apply for the program any time up
until your third semester if you are a full-time student, or
fourth semester if you are a part-time student.
Degree Requirements The JD/MBA program requires both law course credits and credits from the School of Business Administration’s core program, with some of the business credits counting towards the JD as electives and some of the law course credits counting toward the MBA.
