Master of Jurisprudence/Master of Public Health (MJ/MPH) for non-lawyersThis
new program, in collaboration with Thomas Jefferson University, is
designed to prepare healthcare professionals pursuing careers in fields
such as public health administration, health insurance organization
leadership, health consulting, and pharmaceuticals. Candidates gain
expertise in legal topics such as confidentiality, bioethics, risk
management, and disability law.
Doctor of Juridical Science in Health Law (SJD)
This
doctoral program is designed for attorneys with a strong scholarly
interest in health law and policy. By facilitating a focused scholarly
effort on a specific health law topic, you will further enhance your
health law expertise through the production of an academic work of
publishable quality. Applicants must hold a JD and either an LLM in
Health Law or a related field, or a Master’s in Health Administration or
Public Health.
Doctor of Laws in Health Law (DL) for non-lawyersThis
doctoral program allows you as a Master of Jurisprudence (MJ) or Master
of Juridical Science (MSJ) degree holder to engage in in-depth research
and complete a substantial written scholarly work, thereby enhancing
your expertise in health law and policy.
