Doretta Massardo McGinnis is Associate Director of the Legal Writing Program at Widener's Delaware campus. Professor McGinnis earned an A.B. from Harvard University in 1985 and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1991.
Professor McGinnis began her career as an associate attorney at Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz, Philadelphia, and joined the Widener faculty in 1995 as a Legal Methods Professor.
Professor McGinnis is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania. In addition to Legal Methods, she teaches Employment Discrimination and Labor Law.
